Terms of sale

Prices are in South African rand and include any applicable taxes. You pay through Paystack. Your order is confirmed once Paystack confirms your payment, and we email you a receipt.

Delivery is free within South Africa and usually takes 3 to 7 working days, to the Pudo locker you choose at checkout. We’ll contact you on the number you give us if there’s a problem.

eBooks are PDF files, sent by email as soon as Paystack confirms your payment. Your download link lasts a year, but save your copy somewhere safe too.

All eBook sales are final. An eBook is delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so we don’t refund or exchange eBooks once your download link has been sent. That includes changing your mind, buying the wrong title, or already owning the paperback. Please check the title and format before you pay. You agree to this when you accept these terms at checkout.

If your link doesn’t arrive, stops working within the year, or the file won’t open, contact us with your order number and we’ll send you a working copy.

Your eBook is for your own personal use. You may not share, copy, resell, republish or upload it anywhere, in whole or in part. Each copy is linked to your order.

eBooks: all sales are final, as set out above.

If a paperback arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under South African law.
